RACE (Risk Adjusted Caution Entry & Risk Adjusted Caution Exit) is HM Capital internally built proprietary software framework designed to identify market opportunities while continuously monitoring and managing risk.

HM Capital combines research, technology, data science, behavioural insight and disciplined risk management within a single investment ecosystem. Rather than viewing markets only through price, the Fund House studies momentum, behaviour, risk, execution and changing market conditions to build a more complete understanding of opportunity and downside.

To strengthen this framework, RACE also interprets market behaviour through structured analytical concepts, including principles inspired by physics-based logic. For example, the concept of Kinetic Energy (½mv²) is applied as an interpretative model to understand the energy of movement in the market — where high volume combined with rapid price movement may indicate a high-energy environment, supporting stronger breakout confirmation & conviction in trend behaviour.
